Food Safety Awareness Workshop

To improve fundamental food safety knowledge for all food handlers regardless of their activities or working environment.

The course is informal and will cover:

• food safety,
• food poisoning & prevention,
• food storage,
• prevention of food contamination,
• simple microbiology,
• personal hygiene,
• cleaning & disinfection,
• pest control.
• Legal requirements under current legislation.

 

 

The course is followed by a short multiple choice test of 20 questions

Successful candidates will receive a certificate of achievement .
